1. Who we are
Snepu operates the browser games and editorial website at playnow.snepu.com (the “Site”). The operator and privacy contact is CHENGYUAN ZHENG, reachable at [email protected]. This policy explains the information processed when you read our pages, play embedded games, see advertisements, or contact us.
The Site is intended for people aged 16 and over. Visitors under the age of legal majority must have a parent or guardian’s permission. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. A parent or guardian can contact us to request deletion.
2. Information & purposes
Information is collected automatically through web requests and cookies, or directly when you email us or submit information through a third-party game or advertising form. Snepu does not require an account or payment to browse games and has no first-party registration or contact form.
| Information | How collected | Why processed |
|---|---|---|
| IP address, approximate location, User-Agent, browser, operating system and device information | Website, hosting and embedded-content requests | Deliver pages and games, diagnose errors, prevent abuse and secure the Site |
| Pages and game links visited, referrer, access time and interactions | Server requests and advertising or measurement technologies | Website operation, traffic and performance analysis, advertising delivery and measurement |
| Cookie identifiers, consent signals, advertising identifiers and ad interactions | Cookies, local storage, pixels and partner requests | Remember choices, limit ad frequency, measure ads, prevent fraud and personalise ads where permitted |
| Name, email address, message and attachments; information entered in forms | You provide it by email or directly to an embedded provider | Answer enquiries, investigate problems and handle privacy requests; external providers process their forms under their own policies |
We do not need sensitive personal information, identification documents or payment-card details for ordinary browsing. Please do not send them in a support email. We do not use your information to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
3. Google advertising
The Site is supported by advertisements served through Google Ad Manager / Ad Exchange (AdX), including Google AdSense demand. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this Site or other websites. Google’s advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to personalise advertisements based on visits to this Site and/or other sites across the internet.
Advertising processing can involve IP addresses, User-Agent, cookie identifiers, approximate location, browsing activity, consent choices, ad impressions and clicks. It supports ad selection, personalisation where you consent, measurement, frequency capping, security and fraud prevention. We do not send the contents of your support emails to Google for advertising.
You can disable personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings / My Ad Center. See Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from partner sites. Opting out of personalisation does not necessarily remove advertisements. Non-personalised ads can still require consent for cookies or local storage under applicable law.
4. Services & advertising partners
| Provider / service | Data and role | Policy / choices |
|---|---|---|
| Google LLC — Ad Manager, AdX and AdSense | Advertising delivery and measurement; device, network, browsing and cookie data. Google acts as an independent third party for its advertising processing. | Google Privacy Policy; Google Ads Settings / My Ad Center; EU User Consent Policy |
| Google advertising technology partners | The providers selected for an ad request can receive advertising identifiers and interaction data subject to consent and product settings. | Provider names, purposes, policy links and individual controls are available in the consent message’s vendor list. See also Google’s advertising technology provider information. |
| www.datinginfo.top — embedded game pages | Loads the game and its advertising content when you open a player; receives IP, browser information, referrer and information you provide directly inside the game. | Provider website. Use the provider’s own privacy and cookie controls. Closing the player stops further game interaction. |
| oss.gamescdn.top — game delivery origin | Receives network and device details when game resources are requested. Some game data references this external asset origin. | Resource origin. Browser controls can block or remove third-party storage; some games may stop working. |
| Site hosting and delivery infrastructure | Processes network requests and security logs to serve this domain and locally hosted images, scripts and styles. No external font CDN is required by the page layout. | Contact Snepu for processor and hosting details relevant to your request. |
We do not embed a separate Google Analytics tracking tag in these page templates. Traffic analysis can use operational logs and reports from advertising and game-delivery services; this does not imply anonymous collection. Third-party games can load their own analytics and advertising services, and their controls and policies apply to information they collect directly.
Other advertising networks identified in the consent message may set their own cookies. Review each vendor’s named policy link and use its controls to disable personalised advertising where offered. You may also use Digital Advertising Alliance choices or Your Online Choices. These tools cover participating providers only and apply per browser or device. We do not claim that every provider on Google’s provider directory receives data from every visit.
6. Privacy & consent choices
EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland: personalised advertising requires consent collected through a Google-certified consent management platform (CMP) integrating the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF). The consent message describes advertising personalisation, including the use of cookies and browsing information, and provides accept, reject and more-options controls.
You may accept or reject non-essential processing, inspect purposes and the named vendor list, and change or withdraw your choices through Privacy & cookie choices in the footer. The entry point opens the Google privacy message where available. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal. Necessary storage remains limited to purposes permitted without consent. Your access to our guides does not depend on accepting personalised ads.
Manage Google personalisation through Google Ads Settings / My Ad Center; use vendor controls for other networks and your browser to inspect, block or delete cookies and site storage. For a request concerning sale, sharing or targeted advertising under applicable US state law, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy opt-out”. Where applicable, a recognised Global Privacy Control signal should be respected by the services receiving it; you can also submit the request directly to us.
7. Legal basis, sharing & transfers
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on consent for non-essential cookies, personalised advertising and optional measurement; legitimate interests, balanced against your rights, for proportionate security, site delivery and abuse prevention; steps needed to answer your requests; and legal obligations where applicable. Cookie consent requirements apply separately from the legal basis for processing personal data.
Data is shared with service providers to operate the Site, with Google and disclosed advertising partners for advertising, with external game providers when you load their content, and where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights. We do not sell support emails. Advertising disclosures can constitute “sale” or “sharing” under some US state laws.
Providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers must use an applicable adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses with the relevant UK or Swiss safeguards, or another lawful transfer mechanism. See Google’s transfer frameworks. Contact us for information on safeguards relevant to data we control.
8. Data retention
The following are Snepu’s retention limits for information under our control; external providers apply their own published schedules.
- Routine access and error logs: up to 90 days; records isolated for a security incident may be retained for up to 12 months after resolution.
- First-party traffic reports: identifiable event-level records, where held, up to 14 months; genuinely de-identified aggregate statistics may be kept longer.
- Support emails and submitted information: up to 24 months after an enquiry is closed.
- Privacy request records: up to 3 years after completion, limited to what is needed to document the request and response.
- Consent and cookie records: according to the consent provider’s expiry, generally up to 13 months for persistent consent preferences; session storage ends with the session. Advertising and game storage follow the provider-specific durations described above.
We delete or de-identify data when it is no longer needed. A documented legal obligation, active dispute or security investigation can require a longer period; affected records are restricted and removed when that need ends.
9. Your rights & requests
Subject to applicable law, you may request access and a copy, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and an objection to processing, including direct marketing. You may withdraw consent and exercise applicable rights to opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising without discrimination. You may complain to your local data protection authority, including the relevant EEA authority, the UK ICO or the Swiss FDPIC.
Email [email protected] with “Privacy request”, the website address, your requested action and enough context to locate the relevant information. We may ask for proportionate verification and will not ask for unnecessary sensitive documents. We normally respond within one month, or the applicable statutory period; if a lawful extension is needed, we will explain why. An authorised agent may contact us where the law permits. Requests concerning data independently held by Google or a game provider should also be sent to that provider.
10. Security & policy changes
We use proportionate technical and organisational measures to protect information under our control, including limited administrative access and appropriate operational safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Report a suspected problem by email without posting personal information publicly.
We update this page as our practices change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site where required, and renewed consent requested when the change requires it.
